Paul Hirt

Paul Hirt, CEO & President of Sigma Electric Manufacturing Corporation since February 2007, resigned his position with the company effective November 16, 2011.  The Board of Directors has asked Sajjan Agarwal, founder and chairman of Sigma Electric to serve as interim CEO.  A committee of the Board of Directors, including Mr. Agarwal, will oversee the search for a new CEO.

The Sigma Electric board and management team are committed to leading the company in achieving its objective of being a global leader in the manufacturing of metal parts and assemblies.
